# Weekly Off Allocation
# Introduction
Manage your employee's weekly off. Select the date range and the day name, then filter the employee that you want to assign. When click on the submit button, you can see the grid showing the dates and employees, adjust your selection if you want before finishing the allocation
# Date Configuration
- Select the date range: Specify the start and end dates for the allocation period.
- Select the day name: Choose the specific day of the week that you want to set as the weekly off.
# Select Days
- Select the date: From the calendar, click on the dates within the chosen range.
- All selected days will be displayed below the calendar.
- If there are any dates you don't want to assign as the weekly off, you can exclude them by clicking on them again.
# Select Employee Groups
- Choose the employee groups: Select the desired employee groups from the available options.
- Upon selection, the system will display all the employees under the chosen groups.
# Select Employees
- Within the selected employee group, choose the specific employees you want to assign the weekly off to.
- Check the box next to each employee's name to include them in the allocation.
# Delete Weekly Off
- If needed, you can delete previously assigned weekly off for the selected date range and employees.
- Use the delete option provided to remove the assigned weekly off.
- This action will delete any existing weekly off assigned to the selected dates and employees.
# Save and Assign
- Once you have made your selections, click on the "Save" button to assign the weekly off to the selected dates and employees.
- Before finalizing the allocation, you can adjust your selections by modifying the chosen dates or employees.
