# Employee

In this screen we have 4 option; add employees, edit employees, import employees and search employees

# Add employee

To add new employees, simply fill all the mandatory fields including:

Personal information

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Gender (male / female)
  • Date of birth

# Official information

  • Internal code
  • Date of join

# Contact Information

  • Contact name
  • Contact type
  • Email
  • Phone

# Salary information

  • Pay-group
  • Currency
  • Effective date
  • Basic salary

# Edit employee

To view or edit an employee's information, just click on their respective row. You will be presented with a detailed view where you can update their

  • Personal information
  • Employment details
  • Payroll information
  • Leave
  • Documents

  • Qualifications and Employment history (this feature allows you to add, edit, or delete information as needed).

In this edit screen we have 3 more features like:

  • Create user account : When the employee need the access to the application we need to create the user account for the employee

  • Lock user / Unlock user : if Lock/Unlock employee's access to RadixHR. You can temporarily block user from accessing the system.

  • Sent recovery email: Send password recovery email to employee.

  • Generate password: Generate temporary password. User can still login with old password or use newly generated password to reset the password.

# Import employee

To import employee data into the application, simply click on the import button. You'll be presented with two options:

  • Download Template:- Download an Excel template which includes all the necessary fields. Fill in the required data in the template.

  • Import Employee Sheet:- Import the filled Excel template to quickly import multiple employee data entries at once.

# Search employee

Effortlessly search for employees by their unique employee code or by their name. This functionality enables you to find specific employees without hassle.
