# Designations
In this screen we have 3 it includes add designation, edit designation, and search designation.
# Add new designation
To create a new designation, simply fill in the mandatory fields.
- Designation name
By adding designations, you can define various job titles or roles within your organisation. This helps in structuring and organising the hierarchy and responsibilities of your employees.
# Edit designation
To edit an existing designation, select the corresponding row and choose the edit option. Here, you have the flexibility to change the designation name. Please note that the field must be filled and cannot be left empty.
# Search designation
To search the designation with designation name.
