# Employee accessories

In this screen we have 2 option; add new accessories and edit accessories

# Add new accessories

To add new accessories for employees, simply fill in the mandatory fields. These include:

  • Employee name
  • Request date
  • Accessories description
  • Serial number
  • Cost
  • Depreciation

By providing these details, you can easily track and manage the accessories assigned to each employee.

# Edit accessories

To view or edit an employee's accessories, simply click on the corresponding row.

This action will open a detailed view where you can make changes to the employee's accessories information. Additionally, you will find an issue button that allows you to issue the accessories to the employee.

If an accessory is issued, there is also a return button to track when the employee returns the item. It is essential to close the employee accessory edit only when the accessory is returned.

This process ensures a smooth employee off-boarding experience. Moreover, you also have the option to delete an accessory if needed.
