# Leave request

In this screen we have 4 options; add leave request, manage allocation, edit leave request, and search employee.

# Add leave request

To submit a new leave request, simply fill in the mandatory fields, including the employee name, start date, and end date of the leave. When you select the employee name, the available leave type options will appear. This ensures accurate tracking and management of employee leave requests.

# Manage allocation

To manage leave allocation, begin by filling in the mandatory fields. This includes the employee name, number of days for allocation, allocation date, and allocation type. By providing this information, you can easily allocate and manage leave days for each employee, ensuring efficient leave tracking and utilisation.

# Edit leave request

To view or edit an existing leave request, simply click on the corresponding row's edit icon. This will open a detailed view of the leave request, where you can make necessary changes. In the view page, you will find an action button that allows you to perform actions such as approving or rejecting the leave request. It's important to note that only the requested employee can submit the request using the action button, and subsequent approvals can only be carried out by managers or employees in higher positions.

# Search employee leave

Effortlessly search for employee leave requests by either employee code or employee name. This functionality enables you to quickly find specific leave records and retrieve relevant information.

Our Leave Request Management feature provides a comprehensive platform to handle employee leave requests efficiently. With its intuitive interface and robust options, you can easily add, manage, search, and edit leave requests, ensuring smooth leave management processes within your organisation.
