Clock In & Attendance

This is where you record your working hours and keep track of your own attendance. Clock in when you start, clock out when you finish, and review your week or month at any time.

What you can do here:

  • Clock in and out for your shift
  • See your attendance for the week or month
  • Check your worked hours, overtime, and any absences
  • Raise a correction request if something looks wrong

Clocking In and Out

At the top of the page (and in the bottom of your sidebar on every screen) you’ll see your shift and a Clock In button.

  1. When you start work, click Clock In. The button then changes to let you Clock Out.
  2. When you finish, click Clock Out.

Your status for the day (for example Present, Day Off, or Weekly Off) updates as you go.

The clock-in control sits at the bottom of your sidebar on every page, so you can start or end your shift without navigating away from what you’re doing.

Week and Month Views

Switch between the Week and Month views to see your attendance over time. Each day shows your status and your clock-in / clock-out times, with a colour legend for Present, Short Hours, WFH, On Duty, Late, Absent, Leave, Holiday, and Off.

Correction Requests

If a day is wrong — you forgot to clock in, or a punch is missing — click New Request to raise a correction. It’s sent to your manager for approval, and you can track it under the request status tabs (All, Pending, Approved, Rejected, Cancelled).
