The Three Tabs

My Pay is organized into three tabs at the top of the page:

TabWhat it shows
PayslipsYour salary breakdown, payslip history, and payment details
ExpensesReimbursement claims you’ve submitted and their status
AdvancesSalary advances you’ve requested and their repayment status

The Monthly / Yearly toggle switches the figures between a single month and a full-year view.

Summary Cards

Across the top of the Payslips tab, three cards give you a quick snapshot:

CardMeaning
Monthly SalaryYour total monthly salary
Gross PayYour pay before any deductions
Next Pay DateWhen your next salary is due

Salary Breakdown

The Salary Breakdown panel shows your current salary structure line by line.

RowDescription
EarningsEach component you’re paid — for example Basic Salary, Housing Allowance, and Transport Allowance
Gross PayThe total of all earnings before deductions
Net PayWhat you actually take home after deductions (shown in green)

Payslips

Below the breakdown, the Payslips panel lists your payslip history. Open any month to view the full payslip, and download it as a PDF when you need a copy — for example for a visa or loan application.

Payment Method

The Payment Method card on the right shows the bank account your salary is paid into — the bank name, account holder, masked account number, routing number, SWIFT code, IBAN, and currency.

A new or changed bank account shows as Pending approval until HR verifies it. Your salary continues to use the previously approved account until the new one is approved.

Click Manage on the card to add or update your bank details.

Year to Date

The Year to Date panel summarizes your earnings so far this year (for example, total gross earnings), so you can see the bigger picture at a glance.

Expenses and Advances

Use the Expenses and Advances tabs to track money owed to or advanced to you:

  • Expenses — reimbursement claims for things you paid for on the company’s behalf. Each claim shows its status as it moves through approval.
  • Advances — salary paid to you ahead of your normal pay date, along with how it will be repaid.

To submit a new expense claim or request an advance, use Submit Expense on your Home page or raise a request from My Requests. This page is where you then track them.
