Your Profile

Your profile is your personal record in RadixHR. It holds your personal details, employment information, dependents, emergency contacts, salary, payslips, and bank details — and you can keep much of it up to date yourself.

What you can do here:

  • View and edit your personal information and change your profile photo
  • Add dependents (spouse, children, parents) and emergency contacts
  • View your employment details, designations, and reporting manager
  • Check your salary breakdown, payslips, and bank details

Keep your emergency contacts and documents current — HR relies on them, and some may be required for compliance.

Quick How-Tos

  • Edit personal info — open the Personal tab, click Edit, make your changes, and save.
  • Change your photo — click your avatar in the profile header and upload a new image.
  • Add a dependent — go to the Dependents tab and click Add.
  • Add an emergency contact — go to the Contacts tab and click Add.
  • Add a bank account — go to the Bank Details tab and add your account (it becomes active once HR approves it).
