Your Home
Home is the first screen you see when you sign in. It’s your personal starting point — it shows anything that needs your attention, puts your most common tasks one click away, and reminds you of upcoming team events.
What you can do here:
- See personal alerts — missing documents, attendance reminders, and updates to your profile
- Clock in or out, request leave, or submit an expense straight from Quick Actions
- Keep an eye on upcoming birthdays and work anniversaries

Your Alerts
The main column is a feed of things that concern you, grouped by day (Today, then earlier dates). You can filter it using the tabs at the top — All, Urgent, Documents, Leave, and Attendance.
Typical alerts you might see:
| Alert | What it means |
|---|---|
| Missing documents | You need to upload a required document (e.g., Passport, Visa). Click View Documents to add it. |
| Document uploaded | HR added a document to your profile — open it to review. |
| Attendance reminder | A day had no attendance and no approved leave — you may need to submit a correction request. |
Quick Actions
Quick Actions are shortcuts to the things employees do most, so you don’t have to hunt through the menu.
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Clock In/Out | Record your attendance for the day |
| Request Leave | Apply for time off |
| Submit Expense | Claim a reimbursement |
| My Documents | View and upload your files |
Upcoming Events
The Upcoming Events panel lists team birthdays and work anniversaries with their dates — a friendly nudge to wish a colleague well.
Start each day on Home: clear anything under the Urgent filter, then use Clock In/Out to start your shift.
