Calendar
The Calendar gives you a month-at-a-glance view of your own schedule — your leave, holidays, and availability. It’s the easiest way to plan ahead and see how your time off lines up across the month.
What you can do here:
- See your leave and time off laid out on a monthly calendar
- Spot public holidays and non-working days
- Move between months to plan future time off

Reading the Calendar
The calendar shows one month at a time in a familiar grid, Sunday through Saturday. Today is marked with a highlighted circle so you can always find where you are.
Days in the current month appear in full colour, while days that spill in from the previous or next month are dimmed. Any leave, holidays, or scheduled time off appear on their respective days.
Moving Between Months
Use the arrows on either side of the month name (for example, Jul 2026) to move to the previous or next month. This is handy when you want to plan time off weeks or months in advance.
The Calendar shows your own schedule and availability. To actually book time off, use Time Off & Leave; once approved, it appears here automatically.
