Interviews
The Interviews page is where you schedule and manage candidate interviews. Each interview ties a candidate to a job, captures the meeting details, and — once it’s done — holds the panel’s evaluation and any transcripts.
What you can do here:
- Schedule an interview for a candidate against a job
- Browse and search all interviews
- Filter interviews by status
- Open an interview to see its details, evaluation, and transcripts

Viewing Interviews
Interviews are listed as cards. Each card shows the candidate’s avatar and name, the job they’re interviewing for, the date, the time and duration, the meeting platform, the interview panel (panelist avatars with a count), how long ago (or until) the interview is, and a status badge. Upcoming interviews are highlighted with a colored left edge. Long lists are split into pages, with Previous / Next controls at the bottom.
Search and Filter
- Search by candidate or job… — Find an interview by the candidate’s name or the job title
- Status tabs — Filter the list by interview status; each tab shows a count
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| All | Every interview, regardless of status |
| Scheduled | A confirmed, upcoming interview |
| Rescheduled | An interview that was moved to a new date or time |
| In Progress | An interview currently taking place |
| Completed | An interview that has been conducted |
| Cancelled | An interview that was cancelled |
| No Show | An interview where the candidate did not attend |

Interview Detail Page
Click any interview card to open its detail page.

The header shows the candidate’s name, the status badge, the job title, and the scheduled date and time. For an interview that hasn’t happened yet, the header also carries actions to Reschedule, mark it Complete, or Cancel it — and a Join Meeting button appears around the scheduled time. The rest of the page is organized into sections:
| Section | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Interview Details | Meeting type, duration, and timezone |
| Candidate Information | The candidate’s name, email, phone, location, and skills |
| Evaluation | The panel’s assessment — a recommendation (e.g., “Strong Hire”), a star rating, and feedback scores across Technical Skills, Experience Relevance, Interview Performance, Cultural Fit, and Growth Potential, plus an overall score and grade |
| Transcripts | Interview transcripts. Use Add Transcript to attach one from a recording or paste it in manually |
| Panelists | The team members assigned to conduct the interview |
| Job Details | The job title, employment type, and job status |
| Timeline | Key dates — when the interview was created, scheduled, and completed |

The Evaluation section is filled in once the interview has been conducted. For a scheduled interview that hasn’t happened yet, this section will be empty.
